From the design to the handmade construction in our workshop, your platform / mezzanine / loft bed will be assembled and installed at your home.
Since we realize every project to measure, every mezzanine / gallery / loft bed is unique and 100% tailored to your wishes.
Normal loft beds have an important floor area, with legs and structure on the floor. Surely they can look good and be practical. However our beds – mezzanines have a very limited footprint on the floor and leave room to live and enjoy.
Moreover, our structures are furniture, which means that if you want to dismantle them, it’s no problem. This also means that we can install them even if you are a tenant.
Whether for your child or for yourself, each mezzanine is handcrafted to measure. We install them everywhere in Switzerland!

Olivier Jeannin
Craftsman – Photographer
Responsible for German-speaking Switzerland
Olivier Jeannin is a craftsman with a heart, he has always loved materials, whether silver or wood. During a photo project in Brittany he discovered working with wood: with the father of his childhood friend Isaac, the founder of mezzanines.ch, he built boats. Later, wood returned to Olivier’s life in the form of furniture and furnishings, which he produced for himself and for his customers.
In his photographic work, Olivier Jeannin focuses on old techniques in which the materiality becomes tangible – and he builds his own cameras. Photography and woodwork merge in a search for balance and refinement that incorporates the materials of the environment.
In 2018 Olivier joins the great project “mezzanines” (hanging bunk beds) of his youth friend Issac.
Isaac Gigon

As a trained graphic designer, Isaac Gigon has always successfully combined creativity and applied technical craftsmanship. He grew up on a boat with his father, a boat builder, and learned to work with wood at an early age. His passion for wood and his skills grew over the years and with all his experience.
With a true entrepreneurial spirit, Isaac transformed his many travels into successful business models. With mezzanines.ch he returns to his greatest passion. Born out of a desire for more space for his own family, the loft bed project meets two important needs: To create something for others and to create tailor-made woodwork.

Loft bed construction with a single bed (90x250cm) and headstock (40x90cm) from 1500 CHF

Not included: Slatted frame, mattress, extras and adjustments due to the construction of the room (plaster ceilings, windows, doors, cupboards, etc.).
DOUBLE BED: ON THE WALL AND AROUND THE CORNER IN THE CHILDREN’S ROOM, CLASSIC FOR ADULTS OR AS A MEZZANINE
The double-length high-bed construction is suspended or mounted with a support, in rooms with a length of at least 4.5m.
A central bookshelf gives your children space to store their treasures.
The corner double bed with only one ladder and two shelves is also suspended and can also be used in smaller rooms.
Our constructions for adults are more massive, but they can also be hung under a plaster ceiling.

Mezzanine mezzanine: One additional floor for more living space
The mezzanine mezzanine allows various uses: Ideal, for example, as an office or playroom, as it represents an additional floor.
The prices of the mezzanine mezzanines are based on their size, complexity and the options chosen.
